Towne South's Truck Request Form

We have a truck for our church and community! We hope and pray this is a great way to connect our church family with our community. We will give away snow cones in the Spring/Summer and hot chocolate in the Fall/Winter at your event. Here's the kicker - we will do it for FREE! While supplies last and we have the availability, of course. Fill out the form, answer the questions thoroughly, and we will be in touch!

A few notes about the truck:
1) Our standard time of staying at an event is two hours. This can change depending on the type of event and amount of people attending the event.

2) Our truck is a completely volunteer operated. We will do our best to serve you your guest the best that we can, but please remember this a free volunteer service!

3) At this moment, we will typically not attend birthday parties. Please consider us for another event!
